40 min Yang Tai-Chi and 20 min meditation afterwards.

Vedantic meditation is about YOU, the participant. Intention is to touch the truth, the real. It is not daydreaming but it is so much more magnificent than any daydream one can have. 

I am practicing Vedantic meditation for almost 30 years. In 1998 had my first big awakening experience. 

Tradition wise it is said that Advaita Vedanta dates back to 800 years before Christ. Close to my heart are teaching of Ramana Maharshi and Ganga Maa (presently living in Tiruvannamalai). Condensed version is brought by Charles Berner in 1968 and he called it Enlightenment Intensive.

In this short morning session we will have a introduction after and practice simple guided form of Vedantic meditation. Questions are also welcome.
