🌅 Early Morning Gentle Chakra Alignment (60 min)
This one-hour session is designed as a gentle, grounding and deeply restorative morning practice.
Participants are invited to sit or lie down comfortably and enter a guided meditation that supports both chakra alignment and nervous system regulation.
Through guided perception/attention, breath and embodied awareness, we will slowly visit and reinforce each chakra — starting from the root chakra, supporting grounding and a sense of safety, and gradually moving upward through the body to the crown chakra, supporting clarity and integration.
The practice is soft, accessible and non-effort based.
There is no physical performance involved — only listening, sensing and allowing.
✨ Nervous System & Chakra Integration
This guided chakra alignment works simultaneously on a physiological and perceptual level.
By moving awareness progressively through the body, the practice supports coherence between the gut brain, heart brain and brain, allowing the nervous system to shift toward a calm, regulated and alert state.
Participants may experience:
- increased clarity and mental quiet
- stronger internal sensations and embodied awareness
- emotional settling and grounded openness
- an altered perception of time and space linked to deep well-being, where time often feels as if it passes very quickly
These experiences are approached gently, with grounding, clarity and respect for each participant’s rhythm.
🌿 Intention & Outcome
The intention of this session is to cultivate a felt sense of alignment between Earth and Universe, allowing energy, attention and perception to flow more freely through the chakras.
Participants are invited to approach their inner intentions and the day ahead from a space of inner power rather than vulnerability.
By fully accepting vulnerability — relaxation, openness, not needing to control — the practice naturally leads to this inner space of stability, trust and grounded strength.
This is where the strength of the experience lies:
allowing oneself to be guided, rather than trying to do or achieve something.
The outcome is often a state of deep embodiment, inner coherence and clear presence, preparing participants to meet the day with confidence, openness and ease.
🌱 About my approach
My work integrates guided meditation, chakra awareness and body-based nervous system regulation.
I channel guides and feel my own alignment in real time, therefore I focus on creating spaces that feel safe, inclusive and grounded, while allowing depth and subtlety to emerge naturally.
Meditation, for me, is about inhabiting the body at full capacity— restoring the natural dialogue between grounding and expansion.
