Hatha Yoga – Katrin – Luxembourg

Hatha morning "Wake Up My Body" class — an energizing practice to release energy blockages and wake the body. 
We’ll focus on mobility in the hips, shoulders, neck, and chest while encouraging fluid movement throughout the whole body. 
The sequence combines stretches and strength-building postures to open tight areas, improve mobility and build balance. 
Breath is the guide: slow, deep inhales and mindful exhales that support each movement. We’ll end the class with Yin postures to relax the nervous system and a guided meditation to integrate the practice, leaving you more mobile, stronger, and breathing more fully. All levels are wellcome.
