Yogini Nini

My name is Janina but my friends call me Nini. I´m an educated Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and a Trauma Informed Healing Coach.

Hence`Yogini Nini` was born .

I love Music, Dancing, Yoga, Singing, Embodiment Exercises, Shadow Work and Sacred Rituals!

So, it magically happened that I connected all my medicines to create unique yoga classes as a sacred service for you.

It´s a special combination of trauma informed healing with yoga, gentle nervous system regulations, deep meditations, and dance elements (with NO need to be a `real` dancer!).

I guide you through a unique JOURNEY inwards.

I use music as one of my powerful medicinal tools which help us to drop even deeper into our bodies.

Sometimes the music can be cinematic and dramatic, so we can touch our ‘darkness’ and with gentle, soft and heart touching music we bring in the ‘light’.

With love and care I take you on a ride through your emotions.

Only in this present, embodied state can we access true healing.

And trust me healing can be fun .

It´s an invitation to touch our shadows with love AND to dance joyful with our inner child.

We link our breath with our movements and flow smoothly through yoga postures.

Mostly we flow with ease but a sweet fiery peak on upbeat music will make you feel more alive, happy and embodied.
As this is a Sacred Space, you are held to let go of any control and connect to your Self with more awareness, empathy and presence.

You will experience a beautiful feeling of self-acceptance, joy and love.
