About Kavita
Kavita’s yoga style is multifaceted and colourful. Inspired by travelling more than 20 times to north India, she shares her knowledge about ancient yoga wisdom in different teacher training courses in Germany, Spain, Bulgaria and online. Dedicated to yoga, she combines old techniques and philosophie with modern styles like flow, yin and yoga for the fasciae. Specialised in trainings on yoga for children, teens and yoga for elderly people. Retreats in Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, India and other
Beside Yoga she is very much inspired by nature. She holds womencircles, sings and walks the schamanic path since more than 25 years.
