YIN YOGA CHAMANIQUE

Find the path back to the internal safe state that restores your system. Through yin yoga postures held over time we learn to let go and surender ourselves in the arms of Mother Earth with simplicity. This state, once registered in our nervous system, remains a daily ally to face the challenges of life as well as to create space inside and celebrate existence. The shamanic space of the practice of yin yoga will be accompanied by medicine songs, mantras and sacred sound.

KUNDALINI YOGA

You will discover the healing power of the Vagus Nerve and you will experience the power of Kundalini Yoga in the service of stress management and the self-regulation of your autonomic nervous system. Kriyas, Mantras, Mudras, Pranayama and Meditation to restore your physical, emotional and mental well-being as well as develop optimal health. This workshop provides important keys for managing current energies and to better understand how to open your consciousness to changes without resistance.

CEREMONIE CACAO

This ceremony is an invitation to celebrate life and creative energy. Cacao is a sacred medicine, used long ago by Mayan ancestors in rituals of passage and community. She teaches us to open our hearts and get closer to our true identity.

To soften, inspire and support this time of transformation, individual and collective, we will open sacred space together with intentions of peace, alignment and joy.

An encounter between a shamanic concert and a kirtan, guided by medicine songs, mantras, prayers, meditation, sound healing and the magic of the present moment.

The Ceremony will be guided by Romulo Pelliza, guardian of Cacao Medicine for the last 15 years and will be joined by Carolina Chrem, a world Music Vocalist, composer, musician and producer from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Inspired in Indian classical and devotional music, mantras, ancestral chants, african grooves, and other World Music expressions she composes her own original melodies with deep messages that invite  to awaken  consciousness and to connect with ourselves, nature , the universe and  the powerful and joyful essence of music.

As a teacher and voice facilitator she has been teaching workshops for more than 20 years experiencing devotional music, mantra, circle music and spontaneous improvisation as a sacred space for meditation, transformation, healing, creating community and enhancing joy and human potential.

When you purchase a Kula Yoga Festival ticket you will support the following purposes:

  • Paying for the materials necessary to build the Kula Yoga Festival
  • Paying the fees of the various facilitators and artists that will be holding the space of the Practices, Experiences, Therapies, Music stage, workshops and many other surprises we are preparing to make this an unforgettable experience
  • Payment of the transportation costs and lodging of the international artists
  • Design and implementation of pre-production, production, post-production and the thousands of tasks that come with all of this.
  • Maintaining all the infrastructures that make yours a better experience whilst at the Kula Yoga Festival. Showers, toilets, water pipes, electrical circuits and all the complex logistics involved.
And all the bigger or smaller details in between; all this to make sure everyone has the most unforgettable experience ever!!!
