SOMATIC RELEASE BREATHWORK is a very powerful modality that through breath connects you to your body. Breath is our gateway between what is conscious and unconscious, between the visible and invisible, between the truth and fiction. It is also our place of release of all tension, stress, undigested emotions, and everything that is between you and your true self.

I invite you to connect to your body, to experience how it is to release stored emotions in a safe container. It is a beautiful somatic practice that helps you process, connect and tune in to your full potential.

During SOMATIC RELEASE BREATHWORK session you will be able to release on the physical level what is holding you back, and connect back to yourself. Think about it like a check up visit for your nervous system, for your emotions.

My name is Karolina Jacques and I am a Somathic Release BreathworkTM certified facilitator and holistic therapist. In my work I focus primarily on the relationship between the body, emotions and soul, finding ways to move with consciousness from the body to the soul. Without putting it in a framework of any religion or doctrine.
