Sarah is trained as a certified 700h yoga teacher, spiritual musician, professional dancer and movement pedagogue. Her intention is to expand human consciousness into their true essence. She offers a holistic approach to serve the body, mind and heart. Her spaces are designed to allow each body to open to its full expression. Sarah shares from a blend of inspirations like somatic movement, dance, breathwork, meditation, sattva kundalini, vinyasa, yin, contact improvisation and singing.

Adrian Bowie is a passionate and versatile musician with over 20 years of experience creating transformative soundscapes. A multi-instrumentalist, he specializes in drums and percussion while also playing baritone ukulele, piano, and beatboxing. Guided by love and forces greater than himself, Adrian’s music channels altered states of consciousness to inspire healing and connection.
